Chantix: PR First, Launch & Ads to Follow
Posted: July 5, 2006Continuing my study of PR (Public Relations) as a "stealth" pharma marketing tool, I present as a case study Chantix, a newly-approved drug for smoking cessation, brought to the market by Pfizer.The advertising for Chantix has not yet begun, but today marks a milestone in the PR marketing campaign with an article published in the Wall Street Journal.
