Tobacco & Drugs: Strange Bedfellows
Posted: October 27, 2005As reported in today's Wall Street Journal, Phillip Morris is attempting to partner with the drug industry to bring to market a unique drug-delivery system. The question is, will it play in Peoria?Interestingly, David Kessler, former commissioner of the FDA may have had an inspirational role in the development of the device back in 1994.
